Weston Jones was born and raised in Denton County. He attended the University of North Texas, where he graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration before attending Texas Tech School of Law, where he would obtain his JD.

While competing in a mock trial at Texas Tech School of Law, Weston was named “2nd Best Orator” in his class and has since further cultivated his passion for trial. Weston has a competitive nature, fostered through years of playing hockey and martial arts, and this carries over into his representation of clients in criminal and immigration settings.

He cares about each client and is motivated primarily by being able to help those in need. Weston also has a background in family law in addition to criminal defense and immigration.
